who we are:

Chuck O'Shea has over 25 years experience in the computer industry. He has at various times worked as a systems analyst, computer trainer, PC repair person, web designer, database programmer, network installer, and is expert in all Microsoft Office applications. He is comfortable with both Mac and Windows operating systems. His complete resume is here.

Eileen O'Shea has a Bachelor's degree in Journalism and a Master's degree in Library and Information Science from UCLA. She worked at the University of Southern California for over twenty years, in jobs ranging from library assistant to Government Documents Specialist to reference librarian to multimedia specialist. She currently consults on a variety of library-related projects with an emphasis on computers and the Internet. Her interests include wireless networking, information management, blogs and wikis. She is comfortable with both Mac and Windows operating systems (but admits a bias for Macs) and is also semi-wise in the ways of UNIX. Her complete resume is here.
